Processing Time

We make every effort to process orders within 3 business days of an order. If there is an unforeseen, significant delay in the processing your order, we will notify you by email.


We ship via FedEx and UPS. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. At this time, we can only ship to physical addresses within the United States (no P.O. Boxes). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and express shipping, as selected by you at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking number(s). Upon receipt of your order, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions in our Return Policy. You are responsible for any shipping return charges.


Horus Vision is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
