When a customer uses any tool within our suite of technologies, including, without limitation, our website, live chat tool, product warranty registration form, social media accounts and the Horus Ballistics app (collectively, the “Platform”), the Platform will create data about the use that is specifically traceable to that customer, particularly if the customer creates an account or contact us via email, text message or other forms of electronic communications sent through the Platform.
Collection and Use of Customer Information
We collect and use customer information, such as: (i) your name, email address, shipping and/or billing address, phone number, etc.; (ii) purchase information and purchase history; and (iii) profile and account data (if applicable), such as username, password, customer data and purchase information, etc. 
Generally, we use the collected data to conduct our business and to provide you with the best possible products and to enhance existing features, services and experiences. Under limited circumstances, we may share information with third parties who provide services to us or who work with us to offer products and services online. We may also share your information with our parent company, affiliates and subsidiaries.
We may also periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think our customers may find interesting, using the email address which you have provided.
Although information transmitted through the Internet may not be perfectly secure, and we are therefore unable to guarantee the security of your personal information, we have implemented a number of technical and procedural steps to help safeguard the information you share with us when you visit our Platform. Furthermore, we encourage you to take additional steps to help safeguard your personal information, such as:
- Using complex passwords;
- Not sharing your password with others;
- Not using the same password on more than one website;
- Password protecting your computer and mobile device; and
- Logging off of your website session, especially when using a public computer.
