Great Scope for Hunting & Competition
I’ve been running the Horus Vision HoVR 5-20x50 for both hunting and PRS/NRL matches, and I’ve been really happy with it. The glass is super clear, the Tremor3 reticle is crisp, and the 5-20x magnification range has been perfect. The Tremor3 reticle is awesome for both hunting and competitions making holds and wind bracketing super easy with the Wind Dots. The turrets have positive, tactile clicks and are quick and easy to dial. Tracking has been consistent, so I don’t have to second-guess my adjustments. Overall, it’s been a fantastic all-around scope. It’s handled everything from match stages to hunting trips without giving me a reason to complain, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for one optic that can do both.

Years before Horus had scopes or even the Tremor reticles they had the H59 reticle. Only a few of the better scope brand had it. I have it in another scope in a 4.5 21 x 50. It’s been great for timed target shooting. NO DIALING NEEDED!

I’ve shot Horus for over 20 years; falcon, hunter, H36, 59. When they came back out I bought several tremor 3and 5 and have them on different platforms. I have Night Force, Zeiss and this scope is right up there. I took the tremor 5 to South Africa last month on a 270 and was 95% on over 30 animals out to 859 yards and promise I abused it. For the money, eye relief is exceptional and it just works. ????????

I have been a big fan of Nightforce for years. I went from one NF to three of them, and along the way I learned about Horus being a brand of the company (division of the company?). I ended up building a Tikka 308 with an MDT chasis and wanted the Tremor 3 reticle having learned about Horus, I bought a shooter package with the range finder and weather op. Could not be happier. I have always struggled dialing in with my other scopes at distance and am a huge fan of the holdovers of the Tremor reticle. It just works for me when I’ve been on the struggle bus for years.

I wanted to try the TREMOR3 reticle. I was presently surprised with the quality of the scope itself and the glass is pretty good. I really like the reticle now that I know what it can do.

The HoVR 5-20×50 with H59-MOA was a good option for me because I like the MOA system but didn’t want to dial stuff.

I bought my Horus HOVR 5-20×56 optic not knowing really what I was getting. I knew I wanted the tremor 3 reticle and I’d heard good things about Horus but, $1,500.00 is still a lot of money for not actually having one in my hand to look at. I’d looked at other optics manufacturers and they all wanted upwards of $2,800 for a optic with the tremor 3. I used the mil discoumt. Two days later, there it was just as advertised. I was very pleased with the overall quality of the optic and extremely happy with the glass. I’ve been running it for going on 3 months and love the reticle.
