Leaderboard Terms & Promotions

1. Joining the leaderboard

By selecting the leaderboard option and starting a leaderboard run, you agree to these Leaderboard Terms & Promotions. Participation is optional, and no purchase is required.

• You must complete a supported simulator run and provide an accurate first name, full last name, and valid email address.
• The score and timestamp recorded by the simulator are the official result for that run.
• Horus may use a participant's best score for the weekly leaderboard and display up to the top 10 eligible scores.
• Leaderboard periods begin on Monday and run through Sunday. If scores are tied, the earlier accepted submission may rank first.

2. Public display and privacy

The public leaderboard displays a participant's first name and last initial with the score. A full last name and email address are collected for leaderboard administration and contacting an eligible participant; they are not displayed on the public leaderboard.

Choosing to receive Horus marketing is separate from joining the leaderboard. You may join without opting into marketing. Personal information is handled according to the Horus Vision Privacy Policy.

3. Occasional promotions and rewards

A leaderboard placement does not automatically create a right to a discount, prize, giveaway item, or other reward. Horus may occasionally announce a promotion connected to the leaderboard.

• Any active promotion will identify its dates, eligibility requirements, reward details, selection or tie procedures, and material restrictions.
• The terms announced for a specific promotion control if they conflict with this general page.
• No purchase is necessary to participate in a promotion unless the specific offer is a purchase-based discount rather than a prize promotion. Promotions are void where prohibited.
• An eligible participant may need to respond to the submitted email address and complete reasonable verification before receiving a reward.

4. Fair play and score review

Leaderboard entries must come from genuine, personally completed simulator runs. The following may result in removal of a score or disqualification from a leaderboard or promotion:

• Automated play, forged or altered run data, scripts, bots, or attempts to falsify or manipulate a score.
• Exploiting a defect or interfering with the simulator, leaderboard, another participant, or the systems supporting them.
• Submitting false contact information or using multiple identities or email addresses to evade limits or gain an unfair advantage.

Horus may review entries, correct obvious display or calculation errors, remove invalid entries, and request information reasonably needed to confirm eligibility.

5. Availability and changes

The simulator and leaderboard may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, network failures, security controls, or other technical issues. Horus does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may update, pause, or end the leaderboard or a promotion when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any specific promotion terms.

These terms supplement the general Horus Vision Terms and Conditions. If a specific promotion includes separate official rules, those rules also apply.
