Orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $99 ship at the flat rate shown at checkout.
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery windows, and any destination or product restrictions are shown at checkout before payment.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, complete, and in new, sellable condition.
Before sending an item back, contact Horus Vision Customer Service with your order number and product details to receive return instructions and any required authorization. Returns sent without approval may be delayed.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges and return-shipping responsibility depend on the reason for the return and will be confirmed by Customer Service.
